Adi Klevit

Founder and CEO

Adi is the leader and visionary of Business Success Consulting Group. Her twenty-five years of knowledge and experience as a trained Industrial Engineer, management consultant, and business executive give her a unique understanding of the challenges businesses face. Adi utilizes her practical know-how and wisdom to successfully help organizations and companies of any size dramatically improve their efficiency and performance.

By leveraging her ability to understand business processes as well as people and drawing on her high-caliber skills in vital areas of personnel management, finance, and operations, Adi can help virtually any business owner achieve their goals and bring order to their lives.

When Adi isn’t busy running BSCG or directly working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, volunteering in the community, traveling, being outdoors and cooking healthy food.

Murray Marvin

Consultant

Murray has been successfully consulting businesses for nearly twenty-five years. He specializes in unifying management and staff by helping to implement the organizational purposes and core values. Utilizing his exceptional communication skills and understanding of people and the sensitivities of office environments, Murray knows how to create high-morale teams who enjoy working together in a supportive, productive environment.

When he is not consulting, Murray spends his time with his family and grandchildren, creating and performing magic shows, and enjoying the outdoors. He is a professional mountain climbing guide and experienced fly fisherman.

Karen Valdellon

Consultant

Karen started her career about 15 years ago as a Quality Assurance Engineer and made her way up to becoming a Technical Writer and a Process Consultant. She is an expert in creating flowcharts, diagrams, instructions, and procedures. Aside from technical writing, she also does content authoring, content management, and proofreading.

In her free time, Karen enjoys practicing yoga, traveling, and reading.

Janella Serrano

Office Manager

Janella is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses strong organizational skills. Her background in Anthropology, Accountancy, Business, and Management offers her a unique perspective and a deeper understanding of the individuals she interacts with. She is someone who strives to inspire others through her dedication, creativity, and positive attitude.

Outside of work, Janella enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She also has a deep appreciation for the culture and arts and likes watching films and series, listening to music, and reading books.

Julia Shaw

Marketing Lead

Julia has been marketing businesses in a wide variety of industries since 2007 and has worked in everything from print ads to social media and website copy. When working with companies, Julia loves to find out about the business and get an in-depth understanding of the company while also gaining insight into the customers so that she can provide the right marketing tools to grow the business. 

When she is not implementing marketing strategies, Julia spends time with her daughter, husband, and dog. She also loves relaxing with a good book, baking, cooking, and gardening.

Joee Caraig

Marketing Assistant

Joee has always thought it important to acknowledge that marketing is a social science, as much as it is a quantitative field, to fully embrace the objectives of connecting with people through ideas. Joee is best known for her assertiveness, empathic leadership, and quick thinking in times of crisis as well as her creativity and mastery of written communication.

In her free time, Joee likes to spend time with family on the football pitch or at the beach. She also loves reading, dancing, crocheting, and listening to music.
