Chad Zdenek is the CEO of CSQ Properties, a real estate investment company that acquires, repositions, and manages multi-family properties. Before CSQ, he was a rocket scientist and structural dynamics engineer who worked for Boeing before transitioning to become the CEO of Mobile Illumination, a company that provides Christmas lighting and decorations for residential and commercial buildings. Additionally, Chad is a TV host.
As an investor himself, Chad helps other entrepreneurs invest in real estate so they can achieve financial freedom through passive income.
